It started in 2012…
We had dozens of people in the terrain, providing maintenance and construction services and every day we were strugling with monitoring the daily progress with at least some bulletproof evidence.
We were longing for a tool which would be simple enough and would help us to get to know what was done, by whom, where and when. That was enough for us to sleep well. And so we created Aleebi.
We were using it iternally for couple of years and in 2017 we decided to offer it to our friends.
Soon, it proved it can be really helpful and so we decided to work on it a bit more and try to go live for the rest of the world. And so here we are.

History proved that every use case is individual and so based on best experience and to save your time we offer 2 options for which we are ready to provide pricing.
We ususaly agree on a pilot phase (4-12 months) where we have a chance to get to know each other, spend some time with your people and understand the cornerstones of our potential further cooperation. For such time we are ready to provide the application with a discount. We are, of course limited with the number of users, projects and customisation. If you spend 1 minute filling this form, we wil get back to you very soon with pricing.
If you feel like using the application after the pilot phase, we will be very happy and will provide individual pricing. It will be based on numer of users, number of templates and projects, number of pre-paid disk space (if not run on your own infrastructure), level of maintenance and support, number of trainings and required customisation. If you feel that you want Aleebi right away without the Pilot phase, we are thrilled to provide the pricing right away.
House Services - Construction and Facility Management
We have been using this application since 2017. Back then we focused on proces optimisation and we discovered few major bottlenecks. One of them was the amount of mandatory admiistration driven by both leagal and customers requirements and expectations. One of our biggest pains was the necessity to administrate progress and projects completions on daily business while much of our daily data from the terrain had to be shared with our customers or other 3rd parties. Our people had to spend 21% of their time by rewriting the data from the terrain after they got back to work or even do so from home. Using Aleebi saved not only all of this redundant time, it has also enabled us to be more transparent in front of customers and eliminated errors and isunderstandings which often occured during data rewriting. We have been able to implement Aleebi in 2 phases, in the first phase we start using it for our facility management part while construction part came on board later. Aleebi helped us to better understand the way our people work out in the terrain and the data we have now are a great source for improvements.
SiraMont – services and maintenance
Aleebi helped me to effectively communicate with my vendors sine Feb 2018. I am using small vendors for variety of works performed on the telecommunication infrastructure. Since the work we do are permanently under heavy supervision (from safety and legal compliance reasons) I have been looking for a tool which would provide me a full control of what was delivered and provide a clear evidence along with it. With Aleebi I have permanent control of deliveries, I use all built-in notifications which remind me of every emergency findings and I am able to easily download the data and share it with my customers on demand.
